Rental Policies

Business Hours:
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
Saturday 8am-4:30pm
Sunday Closed

Customer Responsibility:
Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by Taylor Rental. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost.

Delivery:
Delivery service is available. Rates vary according to size of equipment and delivery distance. Please contact the store for specific delivery charges.

Rate Periods for Tools and Equipment

Minimum Rental Rate:
This rate is a 4-hour rate and equipment must be returned within 4 hours. This rate is also the overnight rate. For the overnight rate, equipment can be picked up no more than one hour before closing, and must be returned no later than one hour after opening the following business day. If equipment is returned late, the normal rental rate will apply.

Day Rate:
A day is equal to 24 hours. Equipment must be returned within 24 hours of pickup time.

Week:
Week is equal to 7 actual days.

Month:
A month is equal to 4 weeks, or 28 days

Sundays:
A Sunday rental is from Saturday at or after 3:00pm until Monday morning before 8:00am for a one day rate.

TIME IS MONEY
Rental charges are from the time the item is rented out, until the time the item is brought back in.

Payment:
All rentals require a valid driver's license.
Payment is due at the time of the rental.
A fuel deposit and/or a cleaning deposit are required on some equipment.

We gladly accept:
Cash
Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover)
Local Checks (N.H. Banks Only)
No out-of-state checks accepted

There will be a $30.00 Service Charge for all returned checks.
